The Official H&S Fan Club Car

1998 Pontiac Grand Am

Introduction:

Driving through the streets of the Kansas City Plaza in Missouri, Kathy Murphy's 1998 Grand Am draws attention wherever she goes.

As the founding club president of The Harp and Shamrock, the Bob Reeder Fan Club, Murphy's Grand Am serves as the official club car.

"The Pontiac Grand Am will always be my club car," Murphy says. "It has the rhythm and excitement of a fine Irish song -- and that's no blarney."

Both doors on the white sedan sport the fan club logo (a harp and shamrock surrounded by musical notes), and Irish flag flies proudly from the radio antenna, another shamrock adorns the back bumper, and, as Murphy says, the "LIMRIK" vanity license plate on the car "leaves no doubt that this car is 'a long way from Tipperary.'"
